To be considered for an open position, please review the open job list and apply for the jobs that best meet your qualifications. As part of the application process you will be asked to create an account and you will need an email address to do this. This will allow you to apply for a job of interest, update your information, and stay in contact with CHI Franciscan Health so that you will receive email correspondence and updates. You will only need to create one account.
Once your profile has been created, you can link it to any open position by clicking the “Apply Online” button. At the end of the online employment application process, you will need to click on “Submit” and then your application will be forwarded to the appropriate recruiter. You will be considered for the position if your application is fully complete and you meet the minimum qualifications for the position. Your information is private and is not shared with anyone outside of Catholic Health Initiatives and it is used only for employment purposes.
If you experience technical difficulty during your online application, please contact us at 253-426-6958 or firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please do not e-mail, fax or bring paper copies of your resume to our offices as we only accept application materials through the on-line application system.
If the recruiter and hiring manager determine that you are among the most qualified candidates for the position, you will be contacted about next steps. If you are not selected for a position, you will receive an e-mail communication once the position has been filled or the job requisition has been cancelled.

CHI Franciscan Health supports a drug-free work environment. Prior to starting any position within our organization, you will be required to take a pre-employment drug test (including testing for any marijuana use).
Franciscan has implemented a policy of hiring only job applicants who are nicotine-free. A positive test for nicotine, regardless of the source, will eliminate a job candidate from employment consideration. If you would like to learn more about living a nicotine-free life, visit one of our support groups.
Consistent with our Core Values, Catholic Health Initiatives employers are EEO/AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled Employers. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identification, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected characteristic. Sharon Royne, SVP of HR, is our EEO Officer.
