Job Summary:

Assists in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care for a group of assigned patients in collaboration with other healthcare team members. Provides individual treatment, facilitates groups and assists with management. Work activities are performed under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science required.

One year of related work experience in the mental health field strongly that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities preferred.

License/Certification:

Eligible for Agency Affiliated Counselor; and the state must receive the application within seven (7) days of employment; and the credential must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Current Registration in Washington State as a Nursing Assistant.

Current healthcare provider BLS Certification.
